Cleanings:
We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, spots, or soil, however, we will make every effort to achieve the best possible results. Some discoloration or blemishes are permanent due to age, wear, or previous cleaning methods. With professional service from us, Brooklyn Carpet, you will always be satisfied with our work. If you are not satisfied with the initial cleaning, we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Requests for re-cleaning must be made within 24 hours of the original service. Any additional services requested, even within that 24-hour window, will be billed separately. No cash refunds on cleaning services.

Repairs:
Prior to beginning any repair work, the technician will explain the full scope of the project. Full payment for the repair is required before the service is started. If we advise against a specific repair method or procedure, but the customer insists on proceeding, Brooklyn Carpet waives all warranties and guarantees for that work, and the full amount remains due. All new sales, installations, and custom-ordered materials (including carpet, padding, and window coverings) are Final Sale. There are no exchanges and no returns. These items are custom ordered specifically for you, and once the order is placed with the manufacturer, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or returned. No refunds or exchanges on Sales/Installations.
